Astronauts, Pilots and Airline passengers always fasten their seat belts before they start their journey.
You are a lot safer too if you always wear a seatbelt whenever travelling in a motor car !

For Mum & Dad
The basic rule for children to travel safely in your car is that every child uses a correctly fitting restraint on every journey.
Young school aged children should always travel in the rear seat of your car secured with a correctly fitting seat belt or restraint suitable for their size and age.
Ensure there is an appropriate restraint for each person that travels in your car.
Make certain every passenger in your car always wears his or her seat belt . . . every time!
Instruct all children never to undo their seat belts until you say it is safe to do so
. . . when you have reached your destination and the car has come to a complete stop!
Remind all children you won't start the car until all seat belts are buckled up.
Children should only enter or exit your car using the rear kerb side door.
